Morning Kickoff
Every morning at T-Mark Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, the team gathers for a brief kickoff meeting. We go over the day’s schedule, ensuring that each technician has their assignments lined up for air conditioning installation, electrical installation, or service calls. It’s a chance for us to discuss any unique challenges or requirements for the day’s jobs.
On the Road
With our assignments in hand, we load up our vans with the necessary tools and equipment and hit the road. As a technician serving the Buffalo, NY area, including Tonawanda, Kenmore, Hamburg, Cheektowaga, and Orchard Park, we often have to navigate through traffic and changing weather conditions.
Air Conditioning Installation
- Arrive at the job site and assess the existing system
- Discuss the new air conditioning unit with the homeowner, addressing any concerns
- Carefully remove the old unit and prepare the area for the new installation
- Follow all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines during the installation process

- Inspect wiring, outlets, and circuit breakers for any potential hazards
- Replace outdated or faulty components as needed

- Test the electrical system to verify proper operation
- Provide the customer with a detailed report and recommendations for future maintenance
Wrap-Up
At the end of the day, we return to the office to debrief and log our work. We discuss any challenges faced and share solutions or insights that could benefit the team.
