Morning Kickoff

Every morning at T-Mark Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, the team gathers for a brief kickoff meeting. We go over the day’s schedule, ensuring that each technician has their assignments lined up for air conditioning installation, electrical installation, or service calls. It’s a chance for us to discuss any unique challenges or requirements for the day’s jobs.

On the Road

With our assignments in hand, we load up our vans with the necessary tools and equipment and hit the road. As a technician serving the Buffalo, NY area, including Tonawanda, Kenmore, Hamburg, Cheektowaga, and Orchard Park, we often have to navigate through traffic and changing weather conditions.

Air Conditioning Installation

  • Arrive at the job site and assess the existing system

Wrap-Up

At the end of the day, we return to the office to debrief and log our work. We discuss any challenges faced and share solutions or insights that could benefit the team.
